In this two hour session, we will cover the following:

-The basics of jumping rope effectively, efficiently, and safely.

-What rope is actually best for your needs

-Double Under Session! Everything you need to level up your double under game, whether you are still trying to land your first one or can do a few hundred in a row.

-Footwork tricks

-Freestyle jump rope tricks

-Bonus fun! Try out double dutch, wheel, and the other ways jump rope can a challenging, fun, and social time!

Pricing is a flat rate of $700 + travel fees, with additional options like take home ropes @ $7 per person
